The PDF sheet music file displays fine on the screen, but when I print the file, the heads of all the notes are missing.


You should try to install Adobe's Reader again first, and if you still have problems, check your printer as follows:

1. Check your printer printing heads and eventually try clean them up.

2. Check if your printer's brand website to install your printer's latest driver software on your computer

If the problem persists, please contact us.

When I attempt to print the Pachalbel Canon, all I get are thick black lines where musical staffs should be. I did not have trouble printing a second piece that I purchased. Please help.

Could you please give me the following information:

1. When you try to print your music, are you printing from the PDF file after have downloded it, or are you printing from your web browser directly?

2. Have you tried to print other music? Does the problem appears with other pieces?

3. Could you please give me the title and version - instrumentation - of the Pachelbel's Canon you are trying to download?
