I downloaded a pdf of Guess Who I Saw Today for High Voice. I can not find it. It appears as a very small item, 2 pages, that can not be enlarged.

Originators deserve their cut. I'm not looking for free, but a reasonable price.
I joined, gave my credit information for the charges and now I'd like to have a copy of the piano sheet music for Layla. Why is this apparently not available?
If this problem can be resolved I would be interested in purchasing sheet music in the future.

I want to download Gabriel's Oboe. What should I do? I've even finished paying, but I can't find the list I bought. I thought I could see it if I went back to the tab, but it keeps telling me to buy it. I typed the order number and it says an error. What's the matter with the payment, and where can I see the music I bought? In addition, it is also questionable why 'Product Paid' appears as 'Memberhip.'
If you don't download Gabriel's Oboe, I would like to get a refund for the membership purchase.

It looks like you have purchased a Membership. A Membership allows you to access for free the VSM repertoire, but not the music you were trying to get which is a copyrighted title by Hal Leonard. As a Member you can get it with a discount, but not for free as explained on the Membership pages below:

I just ordered 5 copies of He Will Hold Me Fast and only one copy printed. How do I get the other 4 copies?

Hi Sandy and thank you for your inquiry and recent purchase.

I checked your order, and everything seems to be in place. You should be able to print out at least 5 copies of your music. Just click the Printer button at the top of your music to accomplish that.

Alternatively, you can download the PDF file of your music and print it from there by clicking the blue button you find under the displayed sheet music.

I cannot access my purchased copy in the first place. I printed off one copy the day, 6-10-2020, that I purchased 5 copies, couldn't find a way to print the other 4 copies, and now, how do I access my purchased copy to print the other 4 copies? I am so frustrated. I'm at the deadline for needing to use these copies, and only have one copy. I know how to log in, but from there, I find no instructions on getting to my purchased copies to print. Please help me ASAP.

We sent you detailed instructions on how to retrieve your music, via email, at the moment of your purchase.

Alternatively, you can retrieve your sheet music at any time by going on the page below:

And then by entering your receipt number. Once there, you can either click the Printer button to print as many copies of your music you need, or to download your music as a PDF file by clicking the blue button at the bottom of your shown music (as I described in my previous message above).
