Can't get back to print pdf files I ordered. Only able to get back to the ones I already printed. Very frustrating!

I purchased order #PP0317471549 and it won't download the pdf says ; when I use my computer (I ordered it on my phone) it says I need to purchase it again. I can't download to my phone without it saying there is an error.

I can only print 1 page of Amazing Grace and Jesu Joy by Bach.Have successfully printed others. Why is this?

I am sorry about that Liz, that's actually strange. Please, could you answer my questions below, so I can help you with this:

1. Are you able to see the whole music on your computer screen, so that this problem is appearing just when you print-out the music?

2. What program do you use to print out your music? Do you print it directly from your web browser, with Adobe's Acrobat or any other application?

3. If you print it with your browser, what browser are you using and on what operating system (Windows or Mac)?
