Membership expiration and Renewal: How does it work? Is it automatic?


Q: after one year of membership, do you automatically renew my membership and charge me? If I want to cancel, how do i do so?

A: The renewal is not automatic, you will be free to renew or not. One week before your Membership expiration you will receive an invitation to renew: follow those instructions to renew your Membership or just ignore the invitation to let your Membership expire.

This site advertised that you could get all music for many instruments and it was free if you are a member. I became a member and I cannot find Rocky Top for the mandolin which is unheard of.

I am sorry, but we never advertise our Membership, saying that you can access all the music we have on the site for free:

As a matter of fact, you can access for free all VSM editions, and the rest of the offered repertoire (Hal Leonard's, Alfred's, and Schott's) with special discounts.

About your mentioned song "Rocky Top" we currently have two versions for choir available by Hal Leonard:

And I am sorry for your disappointment. We can ask Hal Leonard to make available a version for mandolin (they own the copyrights on that song), but I have no idea when such a version could become available. If you are looking for simple tabs of it, it looks like you are better off finding it on the web on other websites.

In any case, if you are so disappointed with your Membership, we'll be happy to give you a full refund and close it for you (even though I see you have already bought a discounted piece for Members thanks to your Membership.)

Your membership is still valid until August 23rd, but unfortunately, we cannot give you a "partial" refund for it. We guarantee a full refund within 90 days of your purchase, and after that, no more refunds are given. I am so sorry if this disappoints you.

Since you still have more than 3 months available to enjoy your Membership, is there anything I can do to help you maximize its benefits? What are your needs? What music are you specifically looking for?

Hello, I wish to cancel my membership and be refunded the membership fee deducted from my Visa debit card on 6th December 2021. I encountered problem in the course of membership registration and did not want to continue with it more so when I could not find the music scores I was hoping for. I had sent a reply email when I was previously asked through a mail I got from here whether I will want to continue with the registration and to which mail I responded in the negative. I am posting here to just as a follow up. Thank you.
