Can I have music sent me via e-mail?


Yes, you can do that for all editions that include PDF files such as Virtual Sheet Music's, Hal Leonard's or Schott Music's. You can choose whether to download the music file(s) directly from our site, or receive them as file attachments to e-mail messages.

I am sorry about that, and I'll be happy to help. Just to make sure I get it correctly, are you talking about the piece titled "Come Away With Me" you have purchased? If so, you can simply go to its page:

Then click the blue button at the bottom of the displayed music to download a PDF file of it and try to print that PDF file instead. Alternatively, you can click the printer button at the top right to print it out again from there.

One of those includes a link to retrieve your music from our website in case you need to. Please, let me know if you could find that email and the link inside it.

Otherwise, you can just start from this page:

Then enter your receipt number. You'll be taken to your download page.

If instead, you are also unable to know your receipt number, please, let me know and I'll send everything to you by email.

If you can send me a plain old email with an attachment of the music, I can print it out with no gobbledegook, no passwords, no PDF, MIDI, SHMIDI or other nonsense, keep your $4.99 and I'll never bother you again. All I want is a legible piece of 71 measures of Massenet, who never heard of a computer, and not have to try to find it at my local music store before the only rehearsal I'll have the day of the concert! Please make it happen. SOON!!!

I purchased some music and have yet to receive any instructions on how to download or print. Very disappointed as I needed this music today which is why I purchased it to download instantly.

I am sorry about that Kendra, the music you have purchased is available for print out only, not download (that was stated in the product page description). I am sorry you expected to be able to download it.

Anyway, I see our customer support sent you a link to retrieve your music and print it out. Could you print it out? It should be pretty straightforward, just click the Printer button you find inside the music viewer (and make sure to display the music full screen as instructed at the top of the page).

You should have received an email, at the moment of your purchase, with instructions inside to retrieve your music from our site in case you missed the download right after your purchase.
