Nothing is more DIFFICULT and DISAPPOINTING than not being able to retrieve my purchase for download. I am throwing money away. I am not able to see my purchase for a second time. Also, retrieving it is impossible

Well, you should find any downloaded file into your "downloads" folder.

Hi Bernard and thank you for your recent purchase and your inquiry here.

Your music is interactive, so you can even change its instruments if you like! Just click on the button with the two notes at the top-right of your music to show the transposer. Once there, you can transpose the music as you like.

After you have transposed it, click the printer button at the right of the transposition button to print it out.

Please, try to print your music out by clicking the Printer button at the top of the music. Can you see the preview on your screen before initiating printing?

Yes, to no avail. You emailed them to me but I get only 2 of the 26 pages and small and mixed-up. I have often printed out music from your site - always had to search - your site is not user-friendly, but always successful after awhile.

To let me understand: could you please explain exactly what happens when you click the printer icon at the top of the music? Can you see the preview in your browser? And if so, is the problem appearing only when you print out the music with your printer? Can that be just a printer-related problem? Please, let me know about that.

As for our site is not user-friendly, this is surprising to me. Could you please tell me more about that? What did you find being not-user friendly exactly? Any examples?

Yes, it is the same - Alice Elizabeth, actually. I press the Print icon and it says, "Please wait while we prepare your music for you; you may close box". Up comes 26 pages, all blank, except on p. 1 it says "Score Page 1"..."Score Page 2" but no music. I believe Chrome is my browser if that's what Browser means. To answer your question about my comment on "site not be user-friendly", I can always "buy" the material and download it but hard to find where to print it out. My printer has been working fine.

We strive to have the best usable website, unfortunately for some repertoire (Hal Leonard's or Alfred's) we have no control over how they present their music. But for our own music, of course, we can improve and tweak whatever we like.

I just checked on our side and everything seems working fine. I also use Chrome, and I am able to see the whole preview of the music when I click on the printer button I told you about.

Could you please answer the following questions:

1. Is this problem happening just with that piano sonata?

2. What is your operating system (Windows or Mac) ?

3. Have you tried to download the PDF file instead and print your music from there?

I am sorry for so many questions, but that's the only way to be able to help you!

I tried with another Mozart. Same thing. I emailed it to myself; the pages all look beautiful but when I tell it to print to my Brother printer, just two strange-looking pages show up or what looks like a Screen Print of your site shows up. I have a Mac Yosemite. I have downloaded it but the download does not show up in my Mac "Finder"/downloads. I cannot make the download show up anywhere. Nothing tells me on your site that the download has even been done. Is is possible to mail me a paper copy of it? (I don't need the cover. I am sorry about that Elizabeth, but we can't send you a paper copy of it. We offer just digital sheet music to download. You should find a way to print it out. When you download a file on Mac, you should find it in your Downloads folder which is located here on your Mac:

~/your name/Downloads

Just one question: could you please try to use Safari instead and see if you are able to print it out from there? I use a Mac as well, and everything works pretty straightforward.

I think that the problem in your case could be with your printer. If you are able to see the music correctly on screen, it should be printed easily as well.

If someone more computer-savvy could help you, that'd be great.

I am sorry we can't do more than this. Using our website, which is 100% based on digital sheet music, precludes basic knowledge of computer downloading and printing.

I got it!! I downloaded the whole schmear, even though I don't need the mp3 and the other one. I then printed out the pdf. Can't wait to play it!
