I paid for a memembership but then got charged the full amount for my first selection. I thought it would automatically apply the discount.

In the meantime, you can ask for a full refund at Apple for your single-piece transaction. Unfortunately, we are unable to give you a refund; only Apple can. Please let me know if you need any help with that.

I am sorry about that, it looks like the title you purchased has issues from the Alfred side (what you bought is an Alfred edition and they handle the digital delivery of the music for us).

I'll proceed with refunding your purchase, and I'll find out from Alfred if I can have the PDF file of it. In case, I'll send it to you by email anyway.

i attempted to purchase the “idontwannabeyouanymore” piano sheet music and it took only 2 dollars, not the full amount, out of my accounts but didn’t give me the sheet music

I see your Membership is expired on June 12. Therefore there's no action required to renew your subscription unless you want to.

If instead, you are asking to completely your account on VSM, please, let me know, and I'll proceed with that. But in that case, you won't be able to renew at the discounted rate of only $25.99 whenever you'd like to.

I have not found out how I can print my music I ordered and paid for with pay pal. When I try to proceed it keeps telling me to repay.

I am sorry about that Gordon. Did you receive the email we sent you upon your purchase? That email includes a link you can use to retrieve your music at any time.

Also, if you are logged in, you can find all your purchases inside your "Orders" panel:

Once there, you can retrieve your music by clicking the "Retrieve it!" orange button.
