Okay. I used to do this with students in France. I'd have them pick up their bow and then start crawling up the bow. And I would say, "Okay, stop. Let's see," and we'd see what their bow grip was like. And I'd say, "Keep going. Now, this is the easy part. Keep going." I wouldn't let them get much further than this though because you risk to break the tip if you go too much further. But now the hard part, coming back. Oh goodness. Yeah, you want to be sure you're doing this on a rock. And I'd say, "Stop," and we'd see what it was like. And we would keep going, keep going, and I would check their bow grips as they were coming back. It's not so easy to do this.
