Violin Video Lesson: Videos for Violinists: A way to start your vibrato

This is something I used to tell students too that I used to do. It's sort of kick starting your vibrato with the finger that comes before it. It's sort of like using left hand pizz. Let me show you how it works. Goal. So if I do 4-3, 3-1, 4-3-2, 3-2-1. If I want to do it slower, less. If I want to do it faster .. sort of a way to help to make it a little more instinctual how you speed or slow down your vibrato.
