About the Author:

A true champion for young dreamers, David France inspires social change. He is a classically trained violinist who has performed with symphonies around the world including The YouTube Symphony, Sphinx Symphony, The Wichita Symphony, and the Minnesota Orchestra, and is a sought-after music teacher and keynote speaker. He is the founder and Executive Director of Revolution of Hope, a nonprofit , which leverages music instruction to achieve social change. He has taught in Venezuela's famed EL Sistema program and has given master classes and workshops in Costa Rica, Mexico, and around the U.S. In 2016, David France was named as one of the Top 100 People of Color in Boston, one of the Top 40 Under 40 Urban Innovators across the country and in 2019 he received an Honorary Doctorate from Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont.
