Of course, all audio files playing on VSM can be adjusted. Just click on the Bolt icon when the player is open, located on the far right. From there you can adjust your speed Winky Face

Why are none of my emails being answered? I keep asking for help with my renewal, then my payment, now my downloads won't decompress, possibly because I've tried to make them work so many times, but, a response would be very helpful. I don't feel like waiting an entire day when I have work to do is good enough!

You can retrieve any music you have purchased from your orders panel below:

Keep in mind though that that specific piece, a Hal Leonard edition, doesn't include audio files to download. It includes an interactive viewer which just allows you to transpose the music and play it back. Only Virtual Sheet Music editions currently include audio files to download.

The music you have purchased is a Hal Leonard edition, and unfortunately, they don't provide Mp3 files with their sheet music (only our own editions, Virtual Sheet Music editions, include Mp3 audio files at the moment).

If that's going to be a problem for you, I'll be glad to offer you a full refund for your purchase.

Ab, my apologizes for my previous reply, I missed the fact that that edition includes a download of free audio files from the following website, as stated on the first page of the sheet music:

Have you tried to scan the code printed on the first page of the sheet music? Does that work? Please, let me know, otherwise, I'll ask Hal Leonard for support on this.

You can find several different versions of those songs on our sheet music repertoire. Some of them are "interactive" so you can easily listen to them. Others instead include just sheet music.

But you can always click on the "VIDEO" tab to show related videos. Those can often help with what you are trying to accomplish.
