Rachmaninoff's 18th Variation on a theme of Paganini is transposed from D flat to C major, making it easier to learn and play. Most of the original harmonization is retained.

One thing this particular download misses by William Elmer on August 2013

The arrangement I worked with previously was in D major and was more faithful to the original score. It is difficult to leave out notes you previously put into your reflexes. I dislike this arrangement ferociously. I assumed too much.
