Your purchased download which was $17.99 did not print and is not allowing me to even try to print it again. When it went to download, the little circle that goes around while the computer is thinking, went on forever and wouldn't download. I was unable to print it and now it says I'm out of prints! IT WOULDN'T PRINT! I AM FURIOUS, I NEED THIS 1ST CLARINET PART TONIGHT!! PLEASE HELP!

HI, I purchased one song and printed it just fine. The next day I purchased a subscription. I am trying to print out The Story In Your Eyes
by The Moody Blues for guitar (tablature) and it wants me to buy it.
I don't see anywhere to either print or download for $0 please help! Appreciate it.
