Well, if you are asking if you can retrieve all the music you have previously downloaded or purchased, you should be able to do so from your panel below: https://www.virtualsheetmusic.com/cgi-bin/access/logs.php From there, click the "FILES" tab to find all your previously downloaded music, and the "ORDERS" tab to find all your previously made orders. You can also retrieve any possible cart contents under the "CARTS" tab. I hope that works for you! Please, let me know if you have any further questions or concerns. I'm sorry, I should have been clearer. I have been using forScore to access my files, but I decided to try the VSM app. I still have my files in forScore, most of them are downloaded to my computer. How do I get them in VSM app? Thank you?

All but three or four of them are missing from those lists. I have the downloads on my hard drive, but I can't figure out how to open them in the VSM app.

Video No. 5 on this page should help with importing PDF files into our app: https://www.virtualsheetmusic.com/ipad/videos/ In any case, if you have your PDFs already on your device (inside forScore for example) you should be able to save those into your Files app, then import them into the VSM app from the Files app. Otherwise you can follow the steps inside that video I am suggesting above.
