I've tried to down load the trumpet solo and piano accompaniment for "Air" by Bach. It prints the solo part but will only print page 1 and 2 of the piano accompaniment. I've tried it twice and it still does the same thing.

Of course, you can download all your purchased music. Everything on VSM is downloadable. Once you are on your download page and you display that specific item, you can download it by clicking the blue download button at the bottom of the displayed music. You can also click on the printer button at the top-right if that's displayed.

In any case, I am going to send you a PDF file via email in a moment.

Well, you should give your friend the retrieval link we sent you by email; otherwise, the item will not be authorized.

Your retrieval link is something like this:

https://virtualsheetmusic.com/rt/[YOUR_RECEIPT_NUMBER]

Just replace [YOUR_RECEIPT_NUMBER] with your actual receipt number to retrieve your sheet music as "authorized" so that it can be printed completely.

I purchased an item but when I sent it to a friend to get it printed for me ( my printer is down ) it appeared as a sample only

I just purchased Order# CC-xxxxxxxx: Gypsy Rondo, for piano solo by George Frideric Handel for $4.49 via Credit Card. I am at a point now where I cannot locate the PDF File to download. What am I doing incorrectly? I have never had this problem with earlier Sheet Music Orders. Jim Leach
