Hello Peter and thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately Hal Leonard files are locked and cannot be unlocked. But if you just need to print them out, you can use either Preview (on Mac) or Adobe's Reader, those don't ask for a password to print or view the music.

If you still have no use for that file, please let me know, and I'll refund it right away.

You should have downloaded or printed your music right after your purchase. We also sent you an email with instructions on how to retrieve your music from our servers. Did you get that email? You'll find a link there from which you'll be able to find your music and retrieve it.

Finally, you can also find all your orders inside your panel below:

From there, you can also retrieve your music.

You can retrieve any music you have purchased from the retrieval link we included in your "thank you email" we sent right after your purchase.

Alternatively, you can find all your purchased music and retrieve it from your "Orders" panel below:

From there you can retrieve your sheet music.

Hi there, I downloaded your app on Android to read sheet music while I play piano. I love the fact that you can turn the page by tapping the screen. However, sometimes I need to go back a page or two (for example if there is a repeat in the music). I was wondering if there is a shortcut or tap that allows me to go back rather than forward?

I am glad you liked our Android app, and your question is a good one! We have a feature on our iOS application which allows to setup "jump points" to help with that, but unfortunately such a feature hasn't been implemented yet on our Android version. We hope to be able to implement it in the coming months, and I'll make sure to keep you posted on that.

In the meantime, if you have access to a iOS device, you would solve your issue.

If you need fingerings for a VSM edition, please, let me know, and we'll see if we can add that for you. If instead, you are asking for fingerings for a Hal Leonard, Alfred, or Schott edition, I am not sure we'll be able to do that.

In any case, please, let me know what title you'd like to have fingerings for and I'll see what we can do for you.

If you still are unable to download it, please, give me more details such as:

1. Do you get any errors? If so, what exactly?
2. Can you see the download page and the main download link at the top that says, "Download all your sheet music as a single .zip file"? If so, what happens when you click it?
